Louis Vuitton is seeking a Cashier for our Christmas Season in our Paseo de Gracia Store. As a Cashier, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, and will strive to display ownership and accountability for your area of pride by handling cash/card and client data procedures, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions, and ensuring compliance with all of Louis Vuitton's policies and procedures and Louis Vuitton standards.
Missions
We are seeking candidates who have a passion for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and who are methodical and organized, with an eye towards operations and maintaining financials and Louis Vuitton standards, but above all, are empathetic and client centric. You will have extensive Cashiering or Administrative (store based) experience, and seek to continue or enter a career in the luxury retail environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and achieve individual and team objectives
Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
Elevate rewards capture and activation
Continue to propose Voice to Clients
Follow the company’s payments procedures
Remove the tags for each single transaction
Be accountable for the full stock management and personal shopping
Have full ownership and embody of cash/card handling and client data procedures, grey parallel market and data collection
Monitor the balancing sheet and aim for no payment discrepancies by ensuring deposits, exports and potential outstanding payments are followed up
Receipt both receipts simultaneously to ensure no crossovers, inversions and losses occur
Ensure your floor is fully operational on a daily basis
Ensure flexibility is provided to managers in order to support the shop floor when needed
Manage the queue system for payments and organize the clients accordingly
Close the sale by “Placing yourself into the Client’s shoes” by responding in a sensitive way, understanding their needs and forming strong relationships with a loyal number of Clients
Provide a transversal tour to Clients in order for them to visit other concessions
Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
Follow the company’s policies and procedures
