HUGO BOSS is seeking Sale Associate to join us, in our store Outlet Málaga, C/ Alfonso Ponce de León 3 104-105

We need a Cashier for immediate incorporation to work 30 hours per week.

Previous Experience in retail.
English Fluently B2 or C1 advantage.
High customer orientation.
Temporaly position, 3 months.
Other Language: Arabic.
Team Player.
Inmediate incorporation.

What you can expect:

In the role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial successs.

Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop.
Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook).
Responsible for inducting new team members to cash desk.
Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets.
Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity.
Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management.
Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets .
Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.
Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience.
Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.
Support Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling.

Your profile:

Previous experience in cash operations, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Passion for and knowledge of the brand.
Strong organizational skills.
Commercial mindset.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
Good command of the latest technologies.
High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs.
Fluency in a second language is an advantage (spoken and written).
