Cash Operations Manager

Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Cash Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily cash operations in Spring, TX.

This is a leadership role responsible for guiding the cash operations team, strengthening vendor performance, resolving high-priority issues, and driving strategic improvements across our ATM cash network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the cash operations team in daily workflows and escalations
• Oversee and prioritize cash tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex or high-risk cash issues
• Partner with armored carriers and third-party vendors to improve service performance
• Collaborate with internal leaders to identify chronic issues and implement solutions
• Reconcile cash discrepancies and research out-of-balance activity
• Develop departmental strategy and recommend process improvements
• Report operational performance and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in operations-focused environments
• Strong background in vendor management and issue resolution
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coach and present
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in banking, retail cash, or ATM operations preferred
