• To take demand from walk-in customers for any cash related matters (deposit and withdrawals) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within the parameters of the bank's financial offerings. 
• Process customer deposits and withdrawals 
• Manage cash accurately and follow banking procedures 
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Identify cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or relevant field of study.

Experience

• Previous branch banking experience will be added advantage           
• Required strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.

Additional Information

• Contract Term - Successful candidates to be engaged on a fixed term contract for a period of twelve (12) months, working ten (10) days a month.
• Location – across all the Lesotho districts.
