Le role :

Sous la responsabilité du cash collection manager, le Cash Collection Agent est responsable du suivi des créances des partenaires de Yassir et de la collecte des montants dus. Ce poste nécessite une interaction régulière avec les partenaires afin d’assurer un recouvrement efficace et ponctuel.

Responsabilités : :
• Assurer le suivi régulier des montants des commissions partenaires et leur collecte périodique.
• Contacter les partenaires pour planifier les collectes et garantir le respect des délais de recouvrement.
• Relancer les partenaires en cas de non-paiement et assurer le recouvrement selon les objectifs fixés.
• Transmettre aux partenaires un état précis des montants à collecter ou prélever.
• Vérifier quotidiennement les versements bancaires et effectuer les relances ou désactivations nécessaires.
• Établir les factures et décharges de paiement après chaque prélèvement.
• Mettre à jour le tableau de suivi des montants prélevés et dus.

Exigences du poste : :
• Diplôme de niveau Licence en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou commerce.
• Maîtrise les outils informatique
• Excellente compétence organisationnelle
• Autonomie, réactivités et esprit d’équipe
• Rigueur et Sens de confidentialité
• Apte pour déplacement (mission)
