About the role

We are looking for a Cash & Bank/Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing banking and accounting activities, ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and regulations. You will play a key part in supporting financial operations and driving process improvements in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal entries.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other accounts, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with timelines.
Support reporting and analysis activities, including KPIs and dashboards, and contribute to action plans aligned with business targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information exchange.
Provide financial support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.
Report escalations in a timely manner and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
What we hope you’ll bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Familiarity with automation tools and willingness to learn new technologies (Power BI, Power Apps).
Fluent English (at least C1 level), both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
