Our Case Preparation Specialist is an expert in immigration processes and provides comprehensive support for our clients' case filings and reviews. They excel at delivering information, showing empathy, and ensuring a red-carpet service experience. Our CP possesses the professionalism and skills necessary to interact effectively with immigration authorities, attorneys, and colleagues at all levels.

On a typical day, you will collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other authorities to prepare the next steps in the immigration process. You will ensure that everything is organized to support a positive outcome. In addition, you will mentor other team members and share your knowledge. This emphasis on putting clients first enhances their experiences, aids in the success of their cases, and promotes our mission to support the Latino community in the U.S. and keep families together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case management: Organizing and maintaining case files, including document filing and deadline tracking.

• Document preparation: Drafting legal documents such as affidavits, motions, and briefs.

• Direct interaction with clients: Multi-channel communication to provide updates on their cases, gather necessary documentation, and/or answer their questions, keeping them informed and engaged in the process.

• Interaction with government and private legal services: Professional communication with different legal entities in the United States.

• Research support: Conducting basic legal research and gathering relevant information for case preparation.

• Case submission: Professional preparation and presentation of documents to attorneys, courts, and other legal entities.

• Compliance monitoring: Ensuring that all legal processes comply with internal procedures and regulations, and other responsibilities and additional tasks are assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

• Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Attention to detail: Ensuring the accuracy of documentation and compliance with legal procedures.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective interaction with clients and legal professionals.

• Technical competence: Familiarity with legal software and document management systems.

• Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
