Job Title: Case Manager

Location: South Africa (Remote - US Hours)
Job Type: Full-Time 9am-5pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with BCBAs to manage and optimize their caseloads to ensure billable hour targets are met.
• Coordinate the assignment of new clients to BCBAs based on availability, location, and service needs.
• Monitor the client waitlist and proactively move clients through the intake and assignment process.
• Facilitate the transition of clients from waitlist to assessment and into active services.
• Coordinate with BCBAs and internal teams to ensure assessments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Track caseload capacity and identify opportunities to balance workloads across providers.
• Maintain accurate records of client assignments, assessment status, and service start dates.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in case coordination, client services, scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and balance caseloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with clinical and administrative teams.
• High attention to detail when managing client information and tracking processes.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify workflow improvements.
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare services is preferred.
