Qualifications and Responsibilities of Adult Care Case Manager

3+ years experience in the field

Desire to improve quality of life for adults with behavioral health challenges.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment.

High level of commitment, dependability, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in behavioral health, or crisis settings preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.

Computer skills are required for documentation and system use.
