Case Manager
Location & Schedule:
• On-site
• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
Language Requirement:
• English proficiency at C1 level required
About the Role: The Case Manager handles personal injury cases with professionalism and efficiency, supporting attorneys and clients throughout the case lifecycle. The role includes preparing documents, coordinating communications, and ensuring confidentiality while providing outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare medical summaries, legal documents, and claims correspondence
• Communicate with clients to gather updates and relay information to attorneys
• Organize medical records, bills, and case files
• Support attorneys in communications with clients, adjusters, and providers
• Assist in preparing settlement documents and legal proceedings
• Maintain accurate case management records and update software
Must-Have Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as Case Manager in Personal Injury (PI)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Proficiency with case management software and legal documentation
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
