Berry Law is seeking a Case Manager & Veteran Outreach Specialist to support client care and strengthen relationships within the Veteran community for a nationally recognized, veteran-led law firm.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality client support while also helping expand Berry Law’s presence and trust within the Veteran community. The position focuses on client communication, case coordination, and outreach efforts that reinforce our commitment to serving Veterans and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.
This hybrid role combines Case Manager and firm business development duties and responsibilities.
Case Manager Responsibilities: (60%)
Operate within VA practice in standard Case Manager capacity
Report to Platoon Leader
Quarterly Appeal Points target reduced to 60.00% (ex: 318 in Q3 instead of 530)
Business Development Responsibilities: (40%)
Coordinate business development activities with the marketing team
Represent Berry Law at veteran-focused events annually
Build and maintain relationships with veteran organizations
Generate referrals
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Case Manager in good standing
Top 10.00% of case managers for referrals for two consecutive quarters
Strong self-initiative and time management skills
Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred:
Veteran status
Established relationships within veteran organizations including non-profits and business serving veterans as well as veteran membership/fraternal organizations.
Experience representing organizations at veteran events
