Job Description:

We are looking for energetic advocates to join our teams. As a Case Manager, the successful candidate will have the ability to effectively engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans designed to meet family needs and Court requirements. Ability to work as part of a team including professional and non professional members.

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in social work, psychology or related field required

Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR

Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community

Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required

Familiar with community based services in Delaware

Active, unrestricted driver's license & reliable personal vehicle

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to implement a variety of interventions for families

Ongoing awareness of community resources

Ability to create effective relationships with individuals of different cultural beliefs and lifestyles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good computer skills a plus

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented, with good time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Works well under pressure

Comfortable with public speaking and testifying before a Court

Able to effectively manage deadlines

Annual salary range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00
