Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for safely transporting material from Everett's to Sims Metal Management

Inspect delivery vehicles for safety and mechanical issues

Weigh load prior to leaving

Collect weight tickets

Return to Everett's to get re-loaded

3 Runs will be completed per day

Fuel truck at the end of the day

Pre-load truck for the following morning

Maintain clean truck at all times

Follow traffic and DOT regulations anytime on the road

Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends

Skillsets/Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Valid MA CDL license, DOT issued medical card, CORI check, and substance abuse test

Adherence to all policies in the employee handbook

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

Sense of urgency in all work activities

Basic car knowledge

Basic computer skills
