We are looking for an ENERGETIC and SAVVY Carrier Sales Manager to present &
share our solutions with regional carriers. You’ll manage existing carriers and engage in new account acquisitions and help expand our existing partners and customer
ecosystem. This opening is a quota-based sales position at a fast-growing technology company in a highly competitive industry. Let us know if you think you are the one!
Objective:
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a
comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet needs
Strong business development skills to identify, qualify and win new deals via
existing and new carrier partners
Provide market analysis, strategy, and work with leadership team on market
development
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region. Develop
trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint
business plans
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key
partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies. Drive consistent revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
Solutions Development: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and
expand enterprise solutions opportunities. Tailor offerings to meet the
specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.
Keep abreast of current market conditions, technology trends and business
to create unique value proposition for Zenlayer in the market
Develop sales strategies to grow existing and new carrier accounts, and
increase revenue streams in these accounts
Review, analyze and acquire a good understanding of the business, industry, regulatory trends and developments so as to provide the Board Members
with the strategic guidance, analysis and insights to align directions back to Zenlayer
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Existing relationship with regional carriers is a pre-requisite
Work environment is fast paced, and priorities can shift quickly. All employees are
expected to go outside their primary responsibilities when required, and multi-task job duties on a regular basis.
