Job Description:
LaRiviere inc. is looking for experienced and dependable carpenters . Duties will be new builds, installations, and repair of structures. Pay is depending on experience and work history.
Most jobs are local in the North Idaho / Spokane Washington Region. Some regional travel may be required dependent on projects.

Responsibilities:
Interpreting blueprints and building specifications to map out layout
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
Erecting, leveling, and installing building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes
Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Instructing and directing laborers and other construction trade helpers
Collaborating with architects and other construction professionals
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance codes
Maintain work area clean and organized, ensuring maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter
Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
Good understanding of basic math
Good physical condition and endurance
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required
