We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for creating, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures throughout our facility. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Construct, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, doors, and other wooden structures according to design specifications
• Inspect, maintain, and repair all wooden elements throughout the facility to ensure safety and functionality
• Modify or adapt existing wooden structures to meet operational requirements
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on renovation and refurbishment projects
• Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and local safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Properly use, maintain, and store carpentry tools and equipment
• Assist in inventory management of carpentry materials and report shortages
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work progress, material needs, and potential safety hazards

• Proven experience as a carpenter in hospitality, construction, or similar environments (minimum 2-3 years)
• High school diploma or technical certificate in Carpentry or related field
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of hand and power tools, woodworking machinery, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform carpentry tasks
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with exposure to wood dust and noise
