What You’ll Do:

Daily Job Site Setup and Maintenance

Independently prepare work areas, set up ladders, and organize tools efficiently to maximize workflow and safety under the direction of the Crew Leader or Field Supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the day, ensuring materials are disposed of properly and workspaces are ready for ongoing tasks, including the upkeep of an on-site shop area.

Perform Skilled Carpentry and Finishing Tasks

Execute all aspects of carpentry prep and finishing, including framing, trim work, sanding, caulking, priming, and precise installation of hardware.

Work confidently on various structural and decorative elements, from windows and doors to fascia and shutters, delivering a high-quality, professional finish.

Support and Maintenance

Ensure company trucks are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary tools and materials for each project.

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency, reporting any issues and ensuring that all tools and equipment are used and stored correctly.

Commitment to Quality and Safety

Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to dress code requirements and maintaining a clean, presentable appearance.

Engage in ongoing training and safety seminars, proactively improving skill sets and staying informed of industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Team

Basic carpentry skills, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly

Experience with hand and power tools, including ladders and painting equipment

Strong work ethic, dependability, and a proactive mindset

Additional Requirements

Personal tools are required; be responsible for managing and keeping track of your equipment.
