• Perform carpentry works including maintenance, repairs, and modifications of building structures and fixtures.

• Plan and estimate materials and labor needs for assigned tasks, keeping accurate records of time and materials used.

• Assist in supervising and coordinating work layouts for maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely completion.

• Ensure workplace safety, including inspecting scaffolding and adhering to hotel and governmental safety regulations.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and other teams to support crisis management and operational requirements.

• Support Accor sustainability and quality standards, including waste reduction, energy saving, and adherence to safety and evacuation procedures.

• High school education.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in carpentry work.
