Carousel - Accounting Manager

Carousel's Accounting Manager will require outstanding financial management, organization, and interpersonal skills, along with a positive, motivated, and entrepreneurial attitude.

Our ideal candidate will have accounting and bookkeeping expertise, along with industry experience in financial management for a creative agency and a production company.

Most critically, our Accounting Manager will work closely with our leadership team to establish and implement accounting procedures, manage internal organization, communication, and presentation of financial reports to help us maintain healthy, high-quality relationships with our world-class clientele.

This integral role is key to the future of our company, enabling the top-tier work that Carousel is known for, and may lead to a greater role as Controller in the future.

Responsibilities::
• Carousel Accounting - working closely with our leadership team to establish yourself as the lead financial role at a growing organization with opportunities to build a team around you.
• Accounts Receivable - working closely with our leadership team to manage all client payments, purchase orders, invoices, and collections, in addition to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Accounts Payable - working closely with our leadership team to manage all vendor payments, credit lines, and accounts reconciliation, in addition to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Banking Liaison - working closely with our leadership team to manage banking relationships, solutions, and transactions, in addition to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Qualification::
• Four-Year Degree Required, Graduate Degree Preferred.
• 10+ Years Professional Experience - Creative/Marketing/Advertising/Production ideal.
• Experience working with QuickBooks, ADP, and Financial Management platforms.
• Experience working with Wrapbook, RollCredits, or other Production Management platforms.
• Experience working with Google Workplace, Dropbox, Monday, and Slack.
• High attention to detail is required to manage financial relationships with world-class clients.
• Growth mindset and desire to grow, challenging yourself and our team in new ways.
