What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and more).

• Support safe mobility and transfers.

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals that meet each client’s unique needs.

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team.

• Observe and promptly report any changes in a client’s condition.
