We are looking for dedicated Care Professionals to support our service users in:
• Marylebone & Camden Town
• Harlesden & Cricklewood
💰 Competitive Pay & Flexible Shifts
We value your commitment to our clients with a premium pay structure:
• Monday – Saturday: £14.50 per hour
• Sunday: £15.00 per hour
Your Schedule (7 Days a Week):
• The Day Shift: 06:00/07:00 am – 2:00 pm
• The Evening Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm

📋 Your Role: The "Everyday Hero"
Our Care Professionals are extraordinary people who do the "everyday things" that mean the world to our clients. You aren't just a worker; you are the reason our clients can live safely and independently in their own homes.
1. Personal Care & Health
• Dignified Support: Assisting with washing, bathing, showering, and toileting.
• Daily Prep: Helping clients get dressed and groomed for their day.
• Clinical Care: Supporting clients with their medication (preparation and administration).
• Incontinence Care: Managing personal hygiene needs with total respect and discretion.
2. Mobility & Physical Support
• Safety First: Helping clients overcome mobility challenges and physical disabilities.
• Specialist Equipment: Assisting with the use and care of mobility aids, adaptations, and personal equipment.
3. Home & Nutrition
• The "Home Chef": Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks (and assisting with feeding if required).
• The "Home Maker": Handling domestic tasks like laundry, making/changing beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
• Practical Tasks: Helping with essential grocery shopping and running errands.
• Hygiene Management: Emptying commodes and ensuring a clean, safe living environment.

No experience is necessary – we’ll train you in everything else!

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours. No two days are the same – you’ll be helping others broaden their horizons while broadening your own.
