We are looking for Care Professionals to join our supportive Basildon branch team, providing high-quality care to clients across the local area.
📍 Work Locations
We proudly support clients across: 🏡 Stanford-Le-Hope | 🌳 North Benfleet | 🌆 Pitsea 🌄 Langdon Hills | 🏙️ Basildon | 🌿 Rayleigh ✨ And surrounding areas
🚗 Note: Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical nature of the role.
💰 Pay & Financial Security
• Competitive Pay: Starting from £12.21 - £12.75 per hour .(Depending on the shift)
• Paid Training: All induction and ongoing training is fully paid.

⏰ Flexible Shift Patterns
We offer shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:
• Morning shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
• Evening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available.
💙 What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes:
• 💧 Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.
• 💊 Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
• 🍲 Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
• 🛒 Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
• 💬 Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
• 📜 Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
