Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts, Weekend/Holiday Call
Salary:
• $38.79 – $42.68/hour (0–5 years)
• $43.95 – $49.25/hour (6–10 years)
• $49.25 – $53.68/hour (10–15 years)
• $53.68 – $56.74/hour (15–20 years)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Shift Differentials:
• Evening: +$2.75/hour
• Night: +$4.65/hour
• Weekend: +$2.50/hour
• On-Call Pay: +$4.50/hour
• Certification Pay: +$2.00/hour for RNs with relevant certifications beyond job requirements
We are seeking a Cardiovascular Cath Lab RN to join our dynamic team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will provide critical support for invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
• Perform and assist with:
• Cardiac catheterizations
• EP device therapies
• Interventional radiology
• Neuro-diagnostics
• Endovascular procedures
• Structural heart interventions (LAAC, TAVR)
• Support all aspects of patient care including transport, site prep, sterile procedures, and post-procedure monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage emergent cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality outcomes and smooth workflows.
• Demonstrate flexibility, organization, and sound decision-making under pressure.
• Current and valid RN license (required)
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience OR 5 years in a high-acuity setting (ICU preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Red Cross or AHA)
• Experience with circulating, monitoring, and administering sedation medications
Additional Information
• Unit Size: 3 rooms, averaging 4–6 procedures per day
• Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Mapping experience not required (performed by third-party team)
