Position Overview:
As a Car Wash Attendant at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, you will play an essential role in ensuring that every vehicle leaving our dealership looks impeccable. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team focused on delivering top-tier service. You will be responsible for the cleaning and preparation of customer and dealership vehicles, ensuring that they meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash, dry, and detail vehicles using industry-standard techniques and tools.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, polished, and ready for customer delivery or dealership display.
Vacuum interiors, clean windows, and ensure every part of the vehicle is spotless.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure high standards are met consistently.
Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area, equipment, and tools.
Safely move and park customer vehicles on the dealership premises.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Assist service department as needed with vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a car wash attendant or detailer is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Must have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
