Car Wash and Lot Coordinator - Rallye Mercedes-Benz

The Rallye Motor Company, a leader in luxury automotive sales and service on Long Island, is looking for a dedicated Car Wash and Lot Coordinator at its Mercedes location in Roslyn. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and that our dealership remains visually appealing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possesses excellent communication skills.

The Car Wash and lot coordinator will coordinate car wash operations, organize dealership lot flow, and transport dealership staff and customers when necessary using a courtesy shuttle cart.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Car Wash Activities - Plan and communicate the daily schedule to the car wash team. Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure timely completion of washes in accordance with dealership standards.
• Oversee Lot Organization - Coordinate vehicle placement on the lot to ensure an orderly and visually appealing display. Communicate movement needs with the appropriate staff.
• Report car wash progress, lot assignments, and staff scheduling to management.
• Utilize the company-provided courtesy shuttle cart to transport technicians, valets, and/or customers to the back parking lot to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a car wash, detailing, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Rate of Pay $22 Per Hour
