MAXISIQ is seeking a high-performing Capture Manager with experience to lead full-lifecycle capture efforts across various federal markets. This is a hands-on, comprehensive role encompassing the whole growth lifecycle (business development, capture strategy, and proposal support). The ideal candidate is a self-starter, driven by competition, and focused on winning. This person will lead capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission, driving strategy, teaming, customer engagement, and solution development. MAXISIQ provides technical engineering services and solutions to a diverse set of clients across the DoD and IC. Our focus in advanced networking and telecommunications enable current and emerging mission success.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an agile environment, takes full ownership of capture responsibilities, and brings deep knowledge of the industry. This includes bringing established partner networks, customer relationships, and federal acquisition experience. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage custom AI and automation tools to enhance the speed, accuracy, and intelligence of capture activities, and to strategically engage with customers and industry partners to streamline the capture process.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Lifecycle Capture Leadership: Develop and execute effective capture plans from lead qualification through proposal-submission.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on trends in DoD and federal procurement; bring insights to inform pipeline development and capture priorities.
• Opportunity Identification & Qualification: Proactively identify and shape opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Strategic Engagement: Drive early and consistent engagement with partners and customers to position MAXISIQ for emerging opportunities and/or shape opportunities and influence requirements.
• Capture Strategy: Develop and execute capture plans to include win/pricing strategies and competitor analysis sessions.
• Teaming & Partnerships: Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential teammates; leverage existing partner and customer relationships to build winning teams.
• Customer Engagement: Drive early and consistent engagement with customers and stakeholders to shape opportunities and influence requirements.
• Proposal Support: Support or lead development of key proposal elements (capture strategy, win themes, teaming rationale); work closely with proposal managers to ensure aligned execution.
• Internal Collaboration: Work across technical, contracts, pricing, proposal, and executive teams to align on strategy and execution.

Work Role Expectations

• Performance and success is evaluated based on overall contract wins and contribution to business growth through successful bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal capture management, including ownership of full capture lifecycle.
• Proven track record of leading or supporting winning bids for DoD and/or IC agencies.
• Strong network of government and industry contacts.
• Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, procurement strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology-forward solutions (AI/ML, cyber, software engineering, network infrastructure, cloud).
• Experience with non-traditional acquisition pathways (e.g., OTAs, CSOs, SBIR/STTR).
