SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced

Captain

for the renowned Porto Carras resort. The Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery in a luxury dining environment, overseeing the dining team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the dining service team, ensuring high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards
• Coordinate the set-up and service for all dining events, including weddings, banquets, and private functions
• Maintain an organized environment, overseeing table settings, service timing, and attention to guests' needs
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all dining areas
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination on service delivery

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for providing excellent guest service
• Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of various cuisines and wine pairing will be advantageous
• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred
