Captain / Banquet Manager

for our new project in Marousi:

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all banquet operations, ensuring flawless execution of conferences, meetings, and events
• Lead and motivate the banquet service team, ensuring high standards of performance and service excellence
• Ensure smooth set-up, execution, and breakdown of all events according to guest requirements and company standards
• Monitor inventory levels of banquet equipment and supplies, ensuring cost control and proper usage
• Train, develop, and support banquet staff to maintain a strong service-oriented culture
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Captain, Banquet Supervisor, or Banquet Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end event venue
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek (additional languages will be considered a plus)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Hospitality-oriented, positive attitude, passion for excellence
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management will be considered an asset
