This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a category-defining tech startup backed by Tier 1 VCs, just ahead of our Series A funding round. We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded finance professional to join our high-impact Finance team and take ownership of how capital is deployed, protected, and scaled across the business.

This role goes far beyond traditional controlling. You will operate at the intersection of capital allocation, treasury strategy, and investor-grade financial reporting — ensuring every euro is invested efficiently to drive measurable growth. Working directly with leadership, you will design the financial infrastructure and decision frameworks that enable disciplined scaling, strong governance, and funding readiness as we build Europe’s leading cloud infrastructure provider.

What you will do::
• Architect and enforce a company-wide capital allocation framework to evaluate departmental ROI, partnering with leads to stress-test investments and ensure capital drives measurable growth.
• Orchestrate a hybrid treasury across fiat and token portfolios, optimizing liquidity deployment, managing runway, and automating banking and payment infrastructure for maximum capital efficiency.
• Elevate financial reporting to institutional standards by producing rigorous monthly packages that transparently track capital efficiency, cash flow, and runway to build investor confidence.
• Implement scalable processes, controls, and automation (incl. AI tooling) to professionalize finance operations and prepare the company for rapid growth and future financing rounds.

What you bring to the table::
• 2–6 years of experience in controlling, finance, investment banking, treasury, or related roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup, consulting or tech exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of capital efficiency, liquidity management, and financial planning, with the ability to connect numbers to strategic outcomes.
• Proven experience building structured reporting, forecasting, and financial models for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with automation, BI tools, or modern finance stacks is a plus.
• Ownership-driven, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
