The ideal candidate has major law firm experience, a commitment to excellent client service, and significant experience in public securities offerings and public company representation. We are looking for a candidate that can serve as the lead associate on securities offerings as both issuer and underwriter counsel, or a candidate that can step into a leadership role. Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook are essential. Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication and organizational skills, and be a member of the State Bar of California.
