Pact is an indepenent International non-profit Organization headquartered in Washington DC,USA and have Nigerian country's office located in Abuja.Pact vission is a world were those who are poor and marginalized excersice thier vioce, build their own solutions, and take ownership over thier future.
The Job holder will support partner organisations in the development of thier own capacity development interventions including training by ensuring quality conrol and providing training of trainers support.
BA in Education, Sociology, Law, Development, Business//Public Administration or another related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in capacity development of CSOs and/or government.
Etensive knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Proficiency in developing and managing a budget; experience in developing strategic plans work plans ,fundraising plans: knowledge of sound financial, human resources, and administrative policy and procedure
Experience in fecilitation and training
