Es cerca cap de cuina per a casa de colònies de Taradell (Osona). REQUISITS: - Experiència mínima com a cuiner/a en col·lectivitats. - Experiència prèvia en cases de colònies i/o escoles i menús diaris entre 40 i 100. - Català parlat i entès correctament. - Formació de manipulació d’aliments i al·lergògens. - Coneixements en APPCC (Anàlisi de perills i punts de control crític). - Bon tracte amb clients i treball en equip. CONDICIONS LABORALS: - Municipi lloc treball: Taradell - Tipus contracte: fixe discontinu - Jornada: completa - horari: de 7.30 a 15.00 h (amb els descansos previstos legalment) - Sou brut mensual: 1.571,00 (14 pagues) - Altres: esmorzars i dinars a càrrec de l’empresa
- Preparació dels menús i organització de la zona de treball: preparar i cuinar el menú diari, netejar, pelar, tallar els ingredients i preparar les bases de les receptes. - Preparació de menús especials o adaptats per al·lèrgies i intoleràncies, entre d’altres. - Compliment de les normatives de seguretat alimentaria. - Neteja i manteniment de la cuina. - Control de Magatzem: control de productes o ingredients que necessiten reposició, recepció i emmagatzematge d’ingredients, complir amb la normativa de conservació. - Realització de comandes, APPCC i elaboració de plats d’al·lèrgens.
