About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Canteen Manager to lead our dynamic canteen services team at Macphie. In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of our staff canteen, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and hygiene compliance. You will develop and implement menu offerings, manage staff, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the canteen, including staff management, budgeting, and menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Lead and motivate the canteen team to provide exceptional service and quality food.
• Develop creative and appealing menus that cater to a diverse workforce.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure optimal stock availability.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory / management role within the catering or hospitality sector.

• Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a catering setting
