As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Candidate Relationship Specialist role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Candidate Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds.
Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers.
Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner.
Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team.
Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD).
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
