Candidate Outreach Specialist (Remote) | Philippines

We are looking for a highly proactive and phone-oriented team member to join our sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on calls, engaging with candidates, and keeping our talent pipeline active and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to applicants
• Proactively identify, and reach out to candidates directly from our ATS database
• Review existing candidate pools to find relevant profiles and initiate contact via phone
• Update and manage candidate records within the ATS
• Clean, organize, and maintain candidate pools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Move candidates through different stages of the recruitment pipeline based on status and feedback
• Re-engage past candidates in the ATS through outbound calling efforts
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Support sourcing and recruiting teams with administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:
• Strong comfort level with high-volume phone communication

• C1 Level English
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast-paced, phone-heavy environments (such as BPO or similar) is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
