What you’ll do:

Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital! As the Lead Oncology/Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to:

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;
Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
You are team-oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care.
Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding.
