Position Summary...

To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What you'll do...

Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des tâches du processus de disponibilité pour les clients (PDC) - Travailler la section, processus PDC pour les emplacements de stockage, stockage de sélections.
Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des changements de prix et des présentoirs.
Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des modules du secteur assigné.
Délègue et aide aux tâches dans les secteurs requis de l’aire de vente, au besoin. Aide aux tâches de récupération de la marchandise et de zonage.
Contribue à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres des balayages de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés et sans débris.
S'assure que les associés prennent leurs pauses selon l’horaire de couverture.
Forme, accompagne et donne du feed-back aux associés.
