Job Description
Campus Manager
Wellington Campus, Lambton Quay
Permanent, Full Time
About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Campus Manager to lead operations at our Wellington campus, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, staff, and visitors alike.
This is a senior operational, pastoral, and cultural leadership role. You are accountable for delivering an exceptional, safe, student-centred learning environment that directly supports learner success, wellbeing, engagement, and progression. You'll be the face of the Wellington campus: supporting a high-performing academic team, overseeing pastoral care, driving student engagement from first contact through to graduation, and translating institutional strategy into lived campus experience.
You'll take ownership of the campus Health & Safety programme, ensure compliance with the Education (and Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice, manage campus operations and facilities, and build strong relationships with local communities, industry, and schools to attract and inspire future learners.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference — shaping the culture, operations, and student experience of one of Aotearoa's most creative learning environments.

You thrive in a creative, values-driven environment and bring both initiative and heart to everything you do.
