Job Description
Why This Role Exists
We believe the most powerful guidance doesn’t come from a corporate advertisement—it comes from a trusted peer who has already navigated the high-stakes world of elite academics. This role exists to bridge the gap between ambitious students and the high-level prep resources they need to succeed. We aren’t looking for passive "re-posters"; we are looking for Market Influencers who can own their school territory, build a community of high-achievers, and directly impact the academic trajectory of their peers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)
• Market Penetration: You will establish our AP and SAT prep programs as the "gold standard" within your school, moving the needle on brand awareness from zero to top-of-mind.
• Community Cultivation: You’ll design and host high-value info-sessions and Q&A rounds that provide genuine strategic value, positioning yourself as the go-to authority for test prep strategies.
• Content Authority: You will translate professional marketing materials into authentic, "student-to-student" narratives that resonate on social media and school forums.
• Lead Generation: You will identify high-intent students and successfully bridge the gap between their academic goals and our enrollment team through strategic referrals.
Requirements:
• Honor Society, or Club Lead) and have experience influencing a group toward a goal.
• Effective Communication: You’ve demonstrated the ability to speak in front of groups or manage a digital community with professional poise and clarity.
• Strategic Sourcing: You likely already have a network of high-achieving peers who look to you for advice and recommendations.
Who You Are
• A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a content calendar to tell you when to talk to your peers. You see an opportunity to help someone and you take it.
• The "Peer-Mentor": You have a natural ability to coach others and can explain complex testing strategies in a way that is encouraging and actionable.
• Socially Savvy: You understand the nuances of your school’s ecosystem—where students hang out, what they care about, and how to reach them authentically.
• High Agency: When faced with a quiet info-session or a lack of engagement, you iterate and try a different angle rather than waiting for instructions.
Who This Is NOT For
• The Passive Poster: If you think "outreach" is just clicking "Share" on an Instagram story once a week, this isn't the fit.
• The "Lone Wolf": This role requires deep integration with your school community; if you prefer to work in a silo, you won’t hit your targets.
• The Unorganized Student: You are managing your own schedule and leads. If you struggle to keep track of follow-ups or appointments, the impact of your work will suffer.
What Success Looks Like
• Month 1: You’ve mapped out your school’s "influence points" and held your first informal Q&A session with at least 10 high-intent students.
• Month 3: You have established a consistent "Success Tip" series that has high engagement and has resulted in a steady stream of qualified referrals.
• End of Term: You have become the primary driver of enrollment from your school, leaving a legacy of better-prepared students behind you.
