Toast is building out a New Ventures business unit with the goal of researching, developing, and scaling a new generation of products and business lines that can have a substantial impact on Toast’s long-term growth. We are searching for an experienced campaign operations manager to help us with our new strategic brand focused advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a track record of successfully managing campaigns to achieve business goals.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Work with team members and clients to run campaigns on various sources of inventory including Google Ads and Meta

• Assist Toast customers as needed on calls with utilizing the Toast Advertising product from onboarding to campaign creation

• Iterate our offerings based on feedback from brands, restaurants and consumers

• Report KPIs for internal improvement as well as providing regular updates to brand clients

• Analyze data to establish trends and provide results to our internal partners

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in advertising and marketing tech, specifically around data analysis and managing campaigns

• Working with product teams to launch new products or provide feedback

• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Uber ads, TikTok, Yelp Ads

• Experience working with and managing engagements with brand clients and agencies

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

• Passionate about technology startups

• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail

• Undergraduate Degree

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range
$80,000—$128,000 USD
