📢Campaign Operations & Deliverability Manager
📍 Remote — Full Time 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST
🚀 Overview
We’re looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of our outbound email infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure high inbox placement, clean sender reputation, system stability, and scalable outbound performance using the company’s multi-domain setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnostics, systems thinking, and maintaining high‑volume email operations.
🎯 What You’ll Do
🔧 Own and optimize Smartlead campaign architecture 📬 Manage inbox warm-up schedules and sending caps 📈 Enforce pacing controls across inboxes, domains, and daily limits 🔍 Monitor key deliverability indicators (bounce, spam placement, replies, reputation) 🛠 Troubleshoot and resolve SPF / DKIM / DMARC issues 🛡 Address issues like throttling, reputation drops, and domain anomalies ⚙ Build technical 8–12 step outbound campaign structures (copy provided) 🔤 Implement spintax variants as approved 📊 Produce weekly “campaign health” technical reports 👥 Train and support an internal assistant (VA) on best practices and processes
🧪 Requirements
• Solid understanding of DNS, domains, cPanel, Cloudflare or similar
• Experience with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Familiarity with Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, or outbound ESPs
• Ability to interpret deliverability metrics and diagnose issues
• Technical mindset with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
• Strong ownership, consistency, and attention to detail
