Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
● Implement campaigns through push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, email, and on-site messaging.
● Oversee large-scale automated campaign deployments.
Lifecycle Journey Management
● Develop onboarding, reactivation, and retention journeys.
● Create flows aimed at enhancing user engagement and minimizing churn.
Gamification & Engagement
● Coordinate the launch of interactive games such as quizzes, polls, and predictors.
● Promote user engagement during live matches and beyond.
User Segmentation & Personalization
● Construct behavioral cohorts to enable targeted messaging.
● Provide highly personalized fan experiences.
Data Enrichment & Profiling
● Promote first-party data collection through progressive profiling techniques.
● Enhance the completeness and accuracy of user profiles.
Loyalty & Rewards Operations
● Administer loyalty programs, reward tiers, and engagement strategies.
● Execute reward fulfillment and retention initiatives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
● Monitor campaign metrics such as DAU, CTR, CVR, and churn.
● Analyze data utilizing GA4, MoEngage, and dashboards.
● Optimize campaigns by leveraging insights gained from data analysis.
Cross-Team Coordination
● Collaborate with content and design teams to develop campaign assets.
● Manage trackers, timelines, and coordination of campaign execution workflows.
Background and Experience:
Required Experience and Skills
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
● Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage or equivalent.
Core Skills
● Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM journey frameworks.
● Proven experience executing campaigns across various channels.
● Analytical aptitude for interpreting campaign performance data.
● Knowledge of segmentation and personalization methodologies.
Technical Skills
● Experience working with GA4 and other campaign analytics tools.
● Understanding of deep-linking and event tracking mechanisms.
● Competence in utilizing dashboards and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with gamification or engagement-driven platforms.
● Exposure to sports, media, or entertainment industries.
● Familiarity with loyalty programs and reward systems.
