Mission
Own end-to-end campaign execution for U.S. clients. You turn sales commitments into live, optimized campaigns by managing onboarding, client communication, internal coordination, and campaign delivery with speed, clarity, and accountability. You're the bridge between our partners' growth goals and the execution that makes them real.

Core Outcomes

• Client Partnership
Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. accounts throughout their journey with Manna. From onboarding through ongoing delivery, you ensure our partners always know what's happening and feel confident in our execution. You embody our commitment to white-glove service and transparent communication.

• Campaign Launch Coordination
Coordinate new campaign launches by managing API setup, creative briefing, landing page selection, and targeting strategy. Work cross-functionally to get campaigns live efficiently while maintaining the quality standards our partners expect.

• Internal Coordination
Brief media buyers on targeting, creatives, and landing pages. Ensure weekly client calls happen, action items are tracked in Monday.com, and team members have what they need to execute. You're the connector who keeps everyone aligned and moving forward.

• Operational Support
Coordinate U.S. launches with support from the Operations Team Lead for new IT builds or custom reporting requests. Build increasing independence in managing standard campaign setups and help strengthen our U.S. operational capabilities.

• Performance Management
Monitor campaigns to ensure they meet CPL, margin, and volume targets. Flag performance issues early and work collaboratively with media buyers and sales to implement solutions. Remember: our partners care about volume stability and predictable results.

• AI-Powered Workflow Innovation
Lead the adoption and optimization of AI tools across campaign operations. Use AI for brief generation, creative analysis, performance prediction, reporting automation, and client communication. Continuously experiment with emerging technologies (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, AI analytics tools) to make our processes faster, smarter, and more scalable.

• Campaign brief creation for media buy, creative, and CRO teams

What You Bring

• 3-4 years in account management, project management, or campaign operations (performance marketing experience is a plus)

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional fluency in English)

• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (CPL, conversion funnels, targeting strategies)

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, automation platforms, or similar) to improve workflow efficiency

• Genuine excitement about AI and emerging technologies, you actively follow developments in AI and experiment with new tools

• Comfort with learning new technologies quickly and adapting to rapid change

• Genuine interest in healthcare, home improvement, or mission-driven businesses

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style
