Campaign Manager Team Lead

What You'll Do:
Leadership: Inspire and lead an international team of Campaign Managers, ensuring financial accountability for managing and growing top-tier advertiser accounts.
Talent Management: Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of new team members.
Skill Development: Drive continuous growth through regular coaching, feedback, and hands-on support to help exceed customer performance goals.
Performance Management: Identify strengths and development areas, execute performance reviews, and support career progression.
Client Escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and support your team in addressing client-specific challenges.
Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot and collaborate with the team to resolve day-to-day challenges; provide guidance and act as a second set of eyes for critical decisions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
Process Optimization: Develop frameworks for monitoring campaign health, standardize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
Role Evolution: Continuously revisit and refine the scope of the Campaign Management function to adapt to internal and external changes.
