We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Limassol. In this role, you’ll take ownership of advertising campaigns across some of the world’s most impactful digital platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft, and more, ensuring our clients achieve measurable success.

What You'll Do::
• Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Manage high-value clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative, analytics, and client success, to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for campaign wrap-ups and client billing.
• Contribute to strategies for new ad formats, emerging media, and innovative campaign tactics.
• Build advanced audience segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data and implement top-tier retargeting strategies.
• Provide data-driven campaign analysis and proactive recommendations to meet client objectives.
• Serve as the in-house expert on ad platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

What you need for this role::
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, ad operations, or user acquisition.
• Strong experience managing paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
• Hands-on experience with social and performance platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Yandex, Snapchat, X, and others.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media dynamics.
• Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking, and app marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (written and verbal) and confidence using Excel or similar tools.
