Position Summary:

The Campaign Manager owns the execution, performance analysis, and optimization of DemandScience’s go-to-market (GTM) digital campaigns across the full funnel. This role is responsible for translating GTM and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies into coordinated, multi-channel activations that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, the Campaign Manager partners closely with Demand Gen, Content, Creative, Partner Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, measured accurately, and continuously optimized. The ideal candidate is both execution-focused and strategic, comfortable managing complexity, using data to guide decisions, and improving performance through testing and iteration.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

Own GTM & ABM Campaign Execution

• Own end-to-end execution of GTM and ABM-aligned digital campaigns, from planning and setup through QA, launch, optimization, and closeout.

• Activate and manage campaigns across a broad mix of channels and tactics, including paid social, paid search, display, video, email nurture, database activation, and web personalization.

• Support account-based marketing programs, partnering with Demand Gen and Sales to execute account targeting, audience segmentation, and coordinated account journeys across channels.

• Partner with internal teams and external platforms or vendors as needed to ensure accurate implementation, budget alignment, and on-time delivery.

• Ensure campaigns are executed against defined targeting, messaging, and performance objectives, maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and compliance.

Drive Performance, Insights & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including engagement, lead quality, account coverage, conversion, and pipeline impact.

• Identify trends and insights across channels and accounts, proactively recommending optimizations to improve outcomes.

• Partner with Demand Generation leadership on testing strategies (creative, audience, messaging, channel mix) and apply learnings to future GTM and ABM programs.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery

• Serve as the central point of coordination for campaign execution, aligning stakeholders across Demand Gen, Creative, Content, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Manage campaign timelines, workback schedules, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

• Communicate clearly and consistently on status, risks, results, and next steps.

Operational Excellence & Scale

• Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and execution plans to support visibility and accountability across GTM initiatives.

• Contribute to process improvement by building and refining templates, checklists, playbooks, and workflows that enable scalable, repeatable execution.

• Support high-priority GTM launches, ABM initiatives, and cross-functional programs that require tight coordination and execution rigor.

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or marketing operations

• Hands-on experience executing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid social, search, display, and video

• Working knowledge of ABM strategies, account targeting, and full-funnel B2B demand motions

• Strong understanding of GTM planning, lead-to-revenue funnels, and campaign lifecycles

• Comfort working with Martech stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, web personalization, analytics tools)

• Proficiency with project and workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve how GTM marketing is executed

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Demand Generation and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, including Content, Creative, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
