Purpose of Role/Summary:
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and operational management of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with Digital Marketing leadership, creatives, compliance, and brand teams to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, scaled efficiently, and continuously improved.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and performance-minded, and who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end once strategy and budgets are defined.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
Set up campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and tracking according to defined strategies
Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines specific to the FX industry
Coordinate campaign launches, pauses, scaling, and budget reallocations
Monitor daily performance metrics
Perform ongoing optimizations on targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets
Execute structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
Identify performance issues early and propose corrective actions
Work closely with internal brand and design teams to request, brief, and manage ad creatives
Ensure creative assets meet platform specifications and internal quality standards
Maintain a clear overview of creative performance and testing status
Validate tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, events, app installs) before and after launches
Conduct regular QA checks to ensure campaigns are running as intended
Support troubleshooting of tracking or delivery issues
Perform any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
Prior experience in FX, CFDs, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and spreadsheets
Understanding of key performance metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Working hours are 08:00– 17:00 or 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
