Responsibilities 岗位职责::
• Belong to the growth department, responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities; 所属增长部门，对增长指标负责，特别是精通设计用户裂变增长活动
• Design and implement user growth strategies, coordinate channel operation activities, be responsible for creative planning, resource coordination and implementation, track data effects, and output review reports; 设计并执行用户增长策略 ，统筹渠道运营活动，负责创意策划、资源协调及落地执行，并跟踪数据效果，输出复盘报告
• Focus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive system and life cycle management mechanism, design differentiated operation strategy, and drive platform user growth; 专注渠道精细化运营，搭建渠道/用户分层激励体系和生命周期管理机制，设计差异化运营策略，驱动平台用户增长
• Good at data analysis, able to quickly establish an effective data analysis framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate the effect of strategies, and drive business growth through data; 擅长数据分析，能够快速建立有效的数据分析框架，监控和分析用户增长数据，评估策略效果，通过数据驱动业务增长
• Pay attention to industry dynamics, policy changes and trends of competitive products, track the trend of cryptocurrency market, put forward targeted operation optimization suggestions, and output differentiated operation plans; 关注行业动态、政策变化及竞品动向，跟踪加密货币市场趋势，并提出针对性运营优化建议，输出差异化运营方案
• Be familiar with blockchain industry related products, promote the implementation of business product functions, and drive business growth; 熟悉区块链行业相关产品，推进业务产品功能落地，驱动业务增长

Requirements 任职要求: :
• Min. 3 years experience in activity operation, familiar with Web3 industry, independently handled over one million user growth projects; 3年以上活动运营经验，熟悉Web3行业，独立操盘过百万级用户增长项目
• Proficient in various user operation methods, with Pinduoduo, Kuaishou and other social media growth activity operation experience is preferred; 精通用户裂变模型，熟悉各类用户运营玩法，有拼多多、快手等社交裂变增长活动运营经验者优先
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; 英语流利可作为工作语言
• Self-driven, responsible and able to work under pressure; 自驱力强，有责任心，抗压能力强
• Strong cross-department coordination ability; 有极强的跨部门协同能力
