Campaign & Audience Analyst

At the Kyivstar Big Data team, this role sits at the intersection of data, marketing and business impact. You will turn Big Data insights into practical targeting strategies that improve campaign performance and reinforce the value of data-driven marketing. This is a research-led advisory role focused on analysis, learning and influence rather than campaign setup or execution.

Responsibilities
•Analyze client briefs and business objectives to develop audience hypotheses and targeting approaches
•Research and map potential audience sources (events, apps, websites, behavioral signals, etc.)
•Recommend optimal audience selection and segmentation for promo campaigns
•Analyze campaign performance and convert results into actionable insights and improvement steps
•Prepare analytical briefs and requirements for Data Analysis team when deeper analysis is needed
•Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of audiences, use cases and proven targeting practices
•Advise B2B sales teams and clients on effective targeting strategies and realistic performance expectations
•Improve campaign quality through audits, post-analysis and structured recommendations

Requirements
•2+ years in digital marketing, media, research or other data-driven marketing environments
•2+ years’ experience in campaign analysis, marketing analytics, customer communications analysis or insights roles
•Strong analytical mindset with experience forming and testing hypotheses
•Ability to translate campaign data into clear, practical business recommendations
•Basic SQL is a plus
•Experience with CRM/direct channels (SMS, email, push, etc.) is a plus
•Strong interest in audience behavior, segmentation and decision drivers
•Ability to ask sharp questions, structure information and explain insights in simple business language
•Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working in a consultative, cross-functional environment
