About the role:
The Campaign Administration Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our busy sales team. Your mission is to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from administrative tasks to crafting compelling marketing campaigns and coordinating outbound activities. Working alongside 2 other campaign coordinators, this is your chance to be at the heart of the action!

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of campaign administration efforts

Create insightful market and suburb reports

Prepare new property files

Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations

Assemble inspection packs

Coordinate out-of-office appointments for agents (e.g., inspections, client meetings)

Schedule and coordinate building inspections, pre-settlement inspections, and supplier appointments

Be ready for any ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Experience in real estate administration and advertising

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Meticulous attention to detail

An initiative-driven, can-do attitude (with a smile!)

Experience with Box + Dice is a plus, but not essential

Positive and enthusiastic attitude
